Communication is a key focus area to help us work well as a team  We have daily huddles, monthly department meetings, as well as quarterly individual conversations for growth and development.

We also invest back into the communities we serve, with philanthropic giving many organizations including: Girls on the Run, Milwaukee Rescue Mission, Betty Brinn Children's Museum, Children's Hospital of Wisconsin, Milwaukee Tennis & Education Foundation, Alzheimer's Association, and locals school's such as Saint Eugene's, Lumen Christi, Whitefish Bay, Fox Point-Bayside, and University School of Milwaukee.
